The focus is on improving health and fitness through dietary and exercise plans and providing an educational resource for your journey through total knee replacement.
The content has been created by Mr Daniel Meyerkort, Orthopaedic Surgeon in collaboration with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Dietitians. Ongoing prospective research is focused on changes that may improve outcome / reduce surgical risk and include

- The effect of the CSIRO’s Low Carb Diet on glycemic variability in patients undergoing knee replacement.
